Not that great ok but feel it could be a lot better

The room was very clean and spacious, great layout with kitchenette and lounge. It looked like the pictures but felt nicer in person. The hotel was relatively quiet, we did have some noisy neighbours one night but it didn't stop us from sleeping. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not amazing, but it had all the essentials. Service from staff at the front desk and in the restaurant was excellent, very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel location is just round the corner from Rundle Mall and close to lots of restaurants. We will stay again next time we visit Adelaide.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed and sofa and clean modern bathroom. Modern TV and stereo player. There was a microwave oven provided which we did not use. A toaster, cutlery, plates, cups and kitchen utensils provided.

Easy to find. We were in room 326. It was at the back of the level away from the elevator. Rooms were very comfortable and nice. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. We were a party of 2(sisters) so we had a room each. Might be a little squishy for 2 couples. IT was close to shops, free tram, and restaurants, rundle mall. We did like to walk everywhere. There is a bar downstairs but it closes at about 9 pm. so there isn't any noise from that while you sleep. But if you were on the lower floors at the front of the property overlooking the park in the morning, people were outside on the street tables for breakfast, and you may hear that.

All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean and comfortable for four people for an overnight stay in the city. It was in walking distance to all the city attractions and was a quiet part of the city, which helped with the good night sleep. Breakfast was tasty and all that was needed.

Very spacious suite with a lovely park view. Unpretentious and relaxed bar downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location with easy walk to good restaurants and supermarket. I'd stay here again for a short visit.

No problems everyone was friendly and helpful. Nicky and Liam looked after us at breakfast every morning, seeing their happy faces was a treat and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a great start to our day every morning. Cleaners were courteous and accommodating

Bed and pillows were really comfy, best pillows I've had in a hotel. Room was good, staff were exceptional very friendly and helpful.

Great location close to activities, loved the buffet breakfast. Our room had a great view overlooking the park.
